There is in the structure of our National Intellectual Property Bureau of examination Division responsible for identifying counterfeit and offenses in intellectual property sphere, which carries out monitoring of national market for goods and services, reveals the facts of illegal use of trademarks and other protected objects of intellectual property rights. The main aim is to prevent these facts with law enforcement agencies.
